- When you place an order, the AmSol team will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order.

- AmSol will deliver your orders to the shipping address specified in your order on or before any estimated delivery date, and we will contact you to confirm the date and time of delivery.

- Wood is a natural product and subject to color variations resulting from different growing conditions.  Consistency of color cannot be controlled in the manufacturing process.

- As some of our products are handmade, there might slightly vary in comparison to the pictures. Please keep in mind that this is not a mistake, it’s the beauty of creating unique handmade products by our artisans using natural materials.

- A down payment of 60% is required to proceed with your custom made order and the remaining 40% before the delivery   

- We offer installation services for lighting and furniture that require assembly.  Please specify in the comment section with your order if this service will be required.

- For sales items purchased at an extra 20% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
