Delivery Information

At AmSol our goal is to ensure your experience is enjoyable and smooth from the moment you place your order until it arrives safely in your home. 

What to expect with AmSol delivery services?

- For in-stock orders, they are fulfilled within 3 to 6 days.

- For custom special order merchandise , they are fulfilled within 6 to 8 weeks.

- Delivery cost will be calculated based on the location.

- AmSol team will keep you informed with the delivery progress.

- It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately.  Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered to be customer damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Return Policy:

- AmSol only accepts returns for in-stock purchases within 7 days.

- All custom made orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

- Please send your order number and reason for return to info@amsolshowroom.com within 24 hours of delivery.  Once the return has been approved, we will issue the refund within a week. For credit card refund, please allow 14 days for the refund to take place.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.  The cost will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is damaged or defective.
